Terbregge monument, 28 April 2006

Andreas Huurman, a fellow collector of ww2 material was present at the unveiling of the Operation manna monument at Terbregge. The photos on this page were made by Ton Oskamp.

Henk Dijkxhoorn has initiated the construction of the monument. He is an inhabitant of Terbregge and has pressed for several years on the importance of a monument for these life saving food drop missions.
The monument is constructed by three artists: Andre Dekker, Geert van der Camp en Ruud Reutelingsberger. The monument is located near the A20, at the conservatorium in Nieuw-Terbregge.
